Week 10 Day 67 July 11 Detour to the Big Red Bash

We drove to the music festival just outside Birdsville on the edge of the Simpson Desert called the Big Red Bash, we stayed for a day & a night. Great event with 9000 people.  Thank you to Greg & son Steve Donovan who made us very welcome & thank you to all who donated to the Fred Hollows Foundation after Phil spoke on the microphone on the Plaza stage. Congratulations to all who took part in the new Guinness Book of Records 1700 people all doing the Nutbush Dance together in time for 5 mins.
