Today, after another meal at the Family Hotel last night, we leave Tibooburra & start our Trek to The Dig Tree. Drive In Movie tonight. First hot chocolate at the cafe then dinner at the Family Lodge Motel. We have arrived at the very friendly town of Tibooburra. Jack & Di from Nowra NSW have driven to meet us here - great to see them.
Michael passed us on the road to Tibooburra and kindly gave us some prime beef from Clifton Hills Station - (one of the biggest stations in the world) - Michael is a contractor and musters the cattle, thanks Michael. The Royal Flying Doctors container on the airstrip literally on the Silver City Hwy.
